    My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

    Orders are usually delivered within the following timeframes:

    • Cairo: 2–3 business days

    • Alexandria: 3–4 business days

    • Rest of Egypt: 4–5 business days

    If your order hasn’t arrived yet, you can track it using the phone number you provided at checkout. You will also receive real-time updates via WhatsApp.

    Do you deliver on public holidays?

    No. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

    Do you deliver to my postcode?

    Yes, we deliver across Cairo, Alexandria, and the rest of the governorates in Egypt. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

    Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

    Yes. In cases like COD you must be there to receive the product. Some other cases, you may also be able to try the product upon delivery (if this option is available in your area). If the item doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, you may return it immediately to the delivery agent.
