Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes
We deliver according to this timeline in Egypt:
- Cairo: 2–3 business days
- Alexandria: 3–4 business days
- Rest of the Governorates: 4–5 business days
Note: During peak seasons or sales, processing and delivery may take slightly longer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and may vary during promotions.
Tracking Your Order

Return Window
Returns must be requested within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
- Sale products are non-refundable.
🛒 Try Before You Pay
In certain areas, you may try your item upon delivery. If it doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, you may return it immediately to the delivery agent without any cost.
💰 Refund Process
- Cash-on-Delivery Orders: Refund will be processed in cash once the return is approved.
- Card Payments: Refunds will be processed according to your payment provider’s timeline.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Need a different size or color?
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every item before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Report it immediately or within 24 hours of delivery.
- If the item is not reported within 24 hours of receiving the package, it will be considered non-refundable.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost if reported within the 24-hour window.
❌ Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure.
