1. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is processed or confirmed for cash-on-delivery.
  • We may cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery, Credit/Debit Cards, and all Installment options available at checkout.

2. Shipping

  • Orders are processed in 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery times:
    • Cairo: 2–3 business days
    • Alexandria: 3–4 business days
    • Rest of Egypt: 4–5 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. You can also check items at the time of delivery while the delivery agent is still there.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • All sale products are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours or they become non-refundable.
  • Refunds depend on your payment provider’s processing time.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within 3 days if items meet return conditions and stock is available.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, they must follow the return process.

6. Other Terms

  • Prices and availability may change without notice.
  • We are not responsible for courier delays or incorrect shipping addresses.
  • All content on our website is the property of Shoes Egypt.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
